I just realized I never posted the floor plan for the new office

Painting beginning

The walls have been textured and they are priming and painting them now.

Construction phase ending, finish phase beginning.

Construction is going well

Construction is going well. The construction Manager says this is the easy part and usually goes fast. He says the finish work is where time is involved. The A/C unit has been installed and connected on the roof and the plumbers have also finished their rough in. The air ducts and return air should be finishing up today. They've called for the wall and above ceiling inspection for tomorrow. Once they get that, the walls and ceiling will be completed. All the walls have been insulated with sound insulation to help with noise, and hopefully make the office quite. The one good thing about all the rain we've had is we now know the roof penetrations are all good and we have no leaks.
